So thanks to our friend Jen, we found a really funny website. All you do is upload a forward facing photo of yourself and poof........a yearbook photo from 1950 to 2000. Tara's is from 1990, Kevin's is from 1980 and Katelynn's is from 1974. The website is yearbookyourself

ReplyDeleteI am not sure how else to contact you guys but my name is Karen Fahmer. My boy, Jacob Ryan, lived 138 days outside my womb with T18. What makes my story similar to yours besides the loss, is that I too did not know if his T18 condition until after birth. Jacob's blog is fahmer.blogspot.com. He was born on January 14th, 2008 and passed May 31st. God has given me this new ministry to just be there for others who have had or anticipate a loss and I would love to be there are a sounding board for you guys if need be....I have networked with many other women by email, phone, and even traveling (from Buffalo NY to Atlanta GA!) just to be around people who "get it." I am surrounded by so many loving family members and friends but none of them actually "get it" like these other mommies i have met. My email is babyjacobryan@gmail.com.
